Refund terms for QED Academy course purchases and consulting engagements.

Digital courses — all sales are final
QED Academy courses are digital products delivered electronically and made available for immediate access upon purchase. Because access and content are provided instantly and cannot be returned, all course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and expressly consent to this policy.
Before you buy
We provide course previews and descriptions so you can evaluate whether a course is right for you before purchasing. Please review these carefully and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
If you believe there has been a technical error — for example, you were charged more than once, or you are unable to access content you purchased — contact us at hello@qedanalytical.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it, which may include restoring access or, at our discretion, issuing a refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and access. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be contested with the payment processor.
Consulting engagements
Fees, deposits, and cancellation or refund terms for consulting engagements are governed by the separate written agreement or statement of work for that engagement, which controls over this page. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
